Symposium Break Through Capacity

Dear C4, It is stated in the description of this event that "The capacity of this event is 200 students, if there are more sign-ups, there will be a draw". Does this mean that the sign-ups are not on a first-come first-serve basis and instead a random chance of being given a place? I don't particularly understand this method if this is the case and will not find it fair if I am not selected even though I have signed up within the 200-person threshold. Could you please clarify how the selection works? Thanks, Gil

Below you can find the final distribution. If it is *not* possible for anyone of your committee to be present during the time you are scheduled, please let me know as soon as possible, then I can make adjustments if necessary. Hey hey! Could you imagine this would still happen. After I think two years of avoiding making minutes for C4, it finally happened again! I did always miss writing minutes for C4 because of the fun fact I wrote in each of these emails. As Tessa recently said to me "Are you in C4?", to which I replied "I am even the secretary and wrote some amazing minutes back in the day". I must admit that I started avoiding making minutes when I heard about my new potential function as sexytary of GEWIS. At last, I am back. I won't make minutes every time we have a meeting, however, sometimes would still be nice. Even if it is only to remember the good old days :) As I used to do previously, a fun fact was promised and a fun fact will be presented! Did you know that a male sparrow will have more black fur on its chest if the sparrow is more dominant. I didn't until now! Hopefully soon I will have another fun fact ready. At the moment I am hoping on the reveal of 'boer Harm' as this was recently teased but sadly disproven. Also note that I didn't know about boer Harm until today because my Instagram feed showed me a fake reveil video haha. Feel free to send comments on the minutes to me.
