Dear organs of GEWIS, The next CM will be held on *Thursday June 13th*, during the lunch break. One of the discussion points will be the year planning made by Jens for next academic year. If you have any other discussion points already you can send them to me! *Questions:* 1. Could you give an update on what your organ is currently working on? 2. Is there anything you would like to discuss at this CM? 3. Is there somthing you want to share with the CM? 4. Is there anything the board could help you with? 5. How many members do you currently have, and how many are planning on leaving at the end of the year? Will this be an issue for your organ? 6. How did you experience the organization of activities this year? If you encountered any difficulties, how were they solved? Hi Hugo, Hoe gaat het met jullie? Hebben jullie nog mensen kunnen bereiken met na de Lunch Lezing? Mensen studeren af in ongeveer 3-4 weken dus ik neem aan dat dan het drukste zal komen. Ik vroeg me af of jullie ook nog hadden nagedacht over ons Symposium op 1 Juni, we zoeken nog een spreker hiervoor. Is dit ook iets waar jullie tijd voor hebben? Symposium Break Through Capacity

Dear C4, It is stated in the description of this event that "The capacity of this event is 200 students, if there are more sign-ups, there will be a draw". Does this mean that the sign-ups are not on a first-come first-serve basis and instead a random chance of being given a place? I don't particularly understand this method if this is the case and will not find it fair if I am not selected even though I have signed up within the 200-person threshold. Could you please clarify how the selection works? Thanks, Gil
