Make sure you have 2-3 people assigned to represent your committee to the day that you are scheduled. Symposium Break through registration

Dear, I'm Loc Pham, a student at TU/e and a member of GEWIS. It was recently brought to my attention regarding the symposium and I would love to sign up for it. Unfortunately, the registration deadline is already over. Would there be a possibility for me to still sign up for the event if there has been some last-minute cancellations from other students? Dear C4 Gewis, I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the cancellation of my spot at today's lunch lecture by Sioux, communicated just a few hours before the event. This last-minute notification is highly inconvenient and unprofessional. I had rearranged my schedule and commitments to attend, only to be informed a few hours upfront that I cannot participate. This kind of abrupt cancellation disrupts plans and reflects poorly on the event organization. While I understand that capacity limitations can occur, it is crucial to manage these situations better. A timely notice would have been more considerate and allowed for alternative arrangements. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure better communication and planning for future events. Lunch lecture attendance

Dear C4, I signed up for the Sioux lunch lecture for today, but I am not sure if I have a spot or not. Their website stated they only had room for 135 people and my spot is 153, but I did get a reminder email this morning to go to the lecture. So now I am not sure.
