*Today* we hosted a lunch lecture on campus from *ING* that you subscribed to. However you did not show up. I would like to inform you that when you subscribe, showing up is mandatory. Cancelliing event on the day of the activity is too late! We also order lunch for you and make costs for that.
Since this is the second time that you did not show up for a lunch lecture that you subscribed for, you have been put on a black list. This means that you can still subscribe for lunch lectures, but no free lunch will be provided for you for this semester.

Hello Lora,
I was not aware that I was able to join the lunch lecture as I received an e-mail yesterday saying that I would be notified if I could attend, but I did not receive any e-mail. Because of this I assumed my spot was taken by someone that had priority. Hopefully you can reconsider the blacklisting because of this misunderstanding.
