Dear Student,

This is a quick reminder for your subscription to the ING Lunch Lecture, tomorrow!

As mentioned last week as well, there are a limited amount of students that can attend the lunch lecture due to the capacity of the room. As this lecture is organized by GEWIS members, we prioritize our members, and as of now, we have 116 GEWIS members who have subscribed. We have a total of 135 available spaces for this event, which leaves us with a limited number of spaces for external students.

We will first allocate spaces to the members, and for the remaining spaces, we will prioritize external students based on their position on the waiting list. We want to be transparent with you and let you know that, due to the limited number of available spaces, there is a possibility that not all external students will be able to attend this lecture. Note: If you are (or have become) a GEWIS member, you need to subscribe with your member account (log in to the website and then subscribe to the activity). Otherwise, we are not able to distinguish you from external participants as we will not manually check the list.

You will receive an email from me tomorrow morning, whether you have received a spot or not. If you cannot make it to the lecture, please let us know as soon as possible or unsubscribe from the activity. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation!
