Currently you are using the following email forward(s):
c4@gewis.nl ==> c4@lists.gewis.nl GEWIS is committed to the privacy of its members and wants to ensure processing of personal data is kept to a minimum. Once email has left the GEWIS mail server, access to potential personal data can no longer be controlled. Therefore, GEWIS (and TU/e) no longer allow external email forwarding as of March 1st, 2024.
You already had these forwards set up before this date so you can continue to use them until July 1st 2024.¹ After this date, we will be disabling your forwards. To continue reading receiving your email, please make sure to fetch your email using IMAP or Exchange ActiveSync in your favourite client. Apps such as K-9 Mail allow you to view shared inboxes as well. More instructions about setting this up can be found on GEWIKI. You can also use the webmail interface on https://webmail.gewis.nl.
Internal forwards can still be used. The CBC can help you set up a forward from your committee/fraternity email address to all individual member accounts based on membership in GEWISDB.

¹ More and more email providers such as Outlook and Gmail block incoming emails that have been forwarded to respect sender policy (the GEWIS mail server cannot impersonate yourbank.com). Therefore, for most forwards that are currently set up, you do not receive all forwarded emails reliably. If your email provider bounces emails, you will not receive forwarded emails and the forward will be disabled.
