Dear organs,

A new version of the financial templates is available on the public archive. New additions:

• A checkbox indicating whether your budget includes VAT or not (true by default).
• Links to the financial and sustainability guidelines are added.
• Specifications in the Receipt Overview tab are now taken directly from the Budget tab and are displayed in a dropdown. This means that it is no longer possible to make mistakes in the names of posts.
• More rows were added in the receipt overview to give more space for receipts.
• A general explanation row is added to the long template, similar to how it exists in the short template.

The new version is v1.2.0. Future budgets should use this version instead of the previous one.
