Hi Lora,

We discussed this with you. The idea is that the ticket system is only used for specific tasks that need to be assigned to someone and you and Maiko will keep track of the tasks.

Bartjan is going to implement it for you in the following way:

  • There will be an email address gesupport-c4@gewis.nl which will be the department email in GESUPPORT
  • Additionally, emails to webprofile@gewis.nl need to be automatically created as well and assigned to the Webprofile topic. The webprofile group will be created as a team so they receive a notification when there is a new ticket.
  • An aditional topic Other will be created for other tasks. If you need more, you will let us know.

The C4 members will be added to GESUPPORT so they can see the tickets and claim them.

One more question, we have due dates/reminders set up for 1 and 2 workweeks. We can select either of those as the default or add one for you; please let us know what you prefer.

Ho BJ, At C4 we discussed that we would perhpas like to look into option of having a ticket system for more administration tasks: ticket for website, ticket fro promotion purposes and ticket for Michallenious.
