Dear C4 Gewis,
I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the cancellation of my spot at today's lunch lecture by Sioux, communicated just a few hours before the event.
This last-minute notification is highly inconvenient and unprofessional. I had rearranged my schedule and commitments to attend, only to be informed a few hours upfront that I cannot
participate. This kind of abrupt cancellation disrupts plans and reflects poorly on the event organization.
While I understand that capacity limitations can occur, it is crucial to manage these situations better. A timely notice would have been more considerate and allowed for alternative
arrangements.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure better communication and planning for future events.
