Dear student,

Thank you for your interest for the ING lunch lecture on Tuesday, the 17th of October.
As this lecture is organized by GEWIS members, we prioritize our members, and as of now, we have 113 GEWIS members who have subscribed. We have a total of 135 available spaces for this event, which leaves us with a limited number of spaces for external students.

We will first allocate spaces to the members, and for the remaining spaces we will prioritize external students based on their position on the waiting list. We want to be transparent with you and let you know that, due to the limited number of available spaces, there is a possibility that not all external students will be able to attend this lecture.

We understand that this may be disappointing news for some, but we hope you understand and that you have been informed properly.
Hopefully we can see you on Tuesday!
