Dear committees and fraternities,

On the  4^th of July the constitutional drink of the 43^rd board will take place. From 19:00 onwards you as a committee or fraternity are also welcome to come by GEWIS and say your congrats to the new board. Do note that we cannot guarantee we will have time for every committee and fraternity to come by.

Some things to take into account during the drink are:

• During the inauguration drink it will be very hot in the GEWIS room, therefore we advise everyone to drink enough water during the drink.
• Don’t stick any kind of stickers onto the security cameras, ceiling or walls. If the ceiling is damaged, the responsible person/association will be charged.
• Don’t forget to access the building via the elevator to the third floor and leave the building via the stairs which will be clearly indicated.
• As for the `brasregels’: 
• Don’t `bras’ with injured people
• Stop as soon as someone shouts `stop’ or `glas’
• As soon as an object is brought outside the room, it is secured. You can send a letter, but the object must be brought back so the inauguration drink can continue as usual.
• Do not bring glass outside the room. You cannot secure this.
