Hi Lora, The email addresses and topics have been created. If you email gesupport-c4@gewis.nl it will create a ticket in the general "C4" department. If you select webprofile@gewis.nl, it will create a ticket in "C4-Webprofiles" You and Maiko have been added to both. Please let me know if others need to be added as well. |

Hi Lora, We discussed this with you. The idea is that the ticket system is only used for specific tasks that need to be assigned to someone and you and Maiko will keep track of the tasks. Bartjan is going to implement it for you in the following way:
The C4 members will be added to GESUPPORT so they can see the tickets and claim them. One more question, we have due dates/reminders set up for 1 and 2 workweeks. We can select either of those as the default or add one for you; please let us know what you prefer. |
