I showed up to the lunch lecture, where I was notified that I was not on the list of students who were given admittance into the lecture as there were too many registered students and some had to be cut from the list. I would like to request that you remove my strike of not attending and suggest that you notify students in advance about such changes to the list.

Today we hosted a lunch lecture on campus from ING that you subscribed to. However you did not show up. I would like to inform you that when you subscribe, showing up is mandatory. We also order lunch for you and make costs for that.
If you cannot make the lunch lecture due to unforeseen circumstances, please send an email to ceb@gewis.nl in the future before the lecture, or unsubscribe before the unsubscription deadline.
Your next unexcused no-show to a lecture, will put you a on black list. This means that you can still subscribe for lunch lectures, but no free lunch will be provided for you.
